I would like to know why we are preaching about democracy when a supreme court had to determine the country's current president? What is democracy for when the majority of citizens oppose the iraq war no one seems to listen to them. Isn't it time to concentrate on issues here at home.

Just like calling to see if you still have reservations at a hotel for your vacation if you call for a vacation you should be able to call to vote. Please call ahead you may have been removed from the role as a mistake. A record number of people will be removed this year!!!

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Department of Homeland Security has sent an advisory to the National Football League and local officials advising of a possible, uncorroborated bomb threat against some NFL stadiums.

The threat, posted on a Web site, alleges that dirty bombs could be used this weekend against seven stadiums -- in Miami, New York, Atlanta, Seattle, Houston, Oakland and Cleveland. The bombs were to be delivered by truck, the posting said.

Notice the first sentence of the second paragraph, that they don't give proof of the website? Do you think to prove this piece of news that CNN and the government should prove the source in which it came? Why didn't they post the website of the information in the first place?

Is there anyone out who believes that USA has not had nukes in space for years. USA has a very poor record of sticking to the Treaties that it signs. Treaties are for others to stick to NOT the USA they feel at liberty to break its word at ANY time it likes.

We have a man running for prosecuting attorney in our town and everyone I talk to says they are voting for him because they like his wife, went to school with his wife, goes to church with his wife, etc.... Is this reason enough to vote someone into a position of power in your community? What do you think?

We truely need someone real to become president and make the middle class heard, some fat cat in a suit with companies lining his pockets is not going to help us real people. Yet it seems we are doomed to see only these type of people backed by the corrupt system in place. We are usually only given two choices for president and we have to choose the lesser of two evils, it shouldn't be this way. I wish I could run for president and I know I would win but I'm no millionaire or son of a govenment offical. I have no companies backing me and don't want them. I want to run as a real person, that will represent us all. Unable to be swayed by corporations and big politics. To give back america to the americans. Let the voice of the people drive my choices, not my own outlook. Give voters back the power to vote on key issues that will effect them, we have the technology to make it simple and easy to do.

What do you think about the Illegal Immigration issue concerning American Caucasian citizens and Illegal immigrants from Mexico?
They are all immigrants to me, being Cherokee, at least the Mexicans came from the same continent as I do.

because soon they will need it. If we keep cutting money for education to pay for defense(because for some reason peole dont't like us) then our military will be made up of stupid men. we will need the best weapons money can buy.

Or should we find better ways to pay for both?

I know that this question is going to make some people mad, however ask yourself the question, do you really think Iraq was ever capable of taking our freedom? I don't think so, look at Vietnam we lost and still didn't lose our freedom, yet they always say it.
