The war in Afghanistan has indeed made us safer. But the thing is, this war was against those who attacked us. But because we did not go after Bin Laden more fervently, he escaped, and now we cannot find him.

We then invade Iraq with no plausable justification, enraging Muslims and making them think it was because of the Israili-American alliance. They accuse us of planning to attack each Islamic country one by one. So yes, it indeed made us unsafer.

The Muslim world lives in a state of rage.

Here is what CHURCHILL had to say ON ISLAM

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live.
A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.
Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities - but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome."
-Sir Winston Churchill (The River War, first edition, Vol. II, pages 248-50 (London: Longmans, Green & Co., 1899).

I would think so... I'm from Canada and I strongly disagree with Mr. Bush's "Protecting Our Freedom" crap. Seriously, most people in the world would like to see the US go down because your whole economy depends on wars and war materials. The world would be a safer place without the USA's arsenal of weapons keeping everyone on edge.

Imagine what it would be like to have troops from some other country on our streets... They murder these "insurgants" in Iraq, the people who stand up against them. If some other country invaded Canada, I wouldn't sit here and take it like a *****, I'd be road-side bombing troops too. I would be an insurgant to the enemy trying to defend myself. How can the US justify killing "insurgants" (people like you and me trying to defend our country against foreign policies and the such)?

Even now with Canada's troops in Afghanistan, we're losing face for being somewhere that we don't belong. Why are thousands of people dying in order to look for a few bad men? How many more bad men, equally as dangerous, are created through the death caused by the US presence in Iraq and Afghanistan?

The war in Iraq has ignited Islamic antagonism against the Americans making them more hostile to US citizens by sowing violence and threats wherever they are. Thus, it no more safe for Americans nowadays. Just look at the airport inspections and feel how Americans felt insecure.

Actually something making moslems seems to be really anti-US is due to the unjust policies which US makes to her relations with some moslem states. If there are some terrors in US or bombs that are the result of the dissatisfaction of some moslems to US,but here i strengthen that "that kind of action is actually are not though in Islam religion. You will fill comfort with the moslems if you try to perceive them as your brothers and sisters.Everytime they meet you actually they want to have good relations with you, but you yourself don't let them to do.
