For me, the answer is Iraq, clearly. However, the stock market probably personally affects people way more then the war. Plus, I believe the main-stream news coverage of Iraq is pretty sanitized, and does not show enough of the bloody reality, gory as it may be.

I'll vote for the best candidate on whichever side. I'm thinking the DOW right now as its the only way we can repay this 8.5 trillion dollar deficit and costs of this war. 6 years ago we weren't worried about it and now it is a major concern. If your older it comes from our social security, younger, well so sorry. Thank Bush.

Investors know the congressional sweep is coming and are betting on it.

Neither, really. I have a mutual fund, but not much money in it. I suppose I'll make a few dollars this week. So I'd have to say the Dow.
