This is a natural phenomena to slow down over-population. In China the number of males is 115 to 100 girls. In some animal species, there are even neutral genders. No country needs to do anything except control birth rates. Granted it promotes homosexuality, but that is also a natural response as the world food supply is finite, we have maximized our production but the population continues to grow...how can we feed people if there is no food. Indonesia is particularly over-populated as well as India and China...but China is working on the problem. The other two are not. You have taken a very shallow view of sex ratios. You should be looking forward to whether any of your offspring will starve because of insufficient food supplies.
