Not true dba but I don't want to bore you with facts like under Clinton the rich actually paid less in taxes then Bush. I judge them by how they vote, and the republicans vote against the middle class and for the rich EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm neither rich enough nor stupid enough to vote Republican.
