Tax Cuts? More spending in local communities?

Growing the economy. When the economy grows rapidly, unemployment becomes low, and the tight labor market forces incomes to grow rapidly too.

Does increasing taxes and redistributing the wealth help the economy grow more? I think not.

Tax cuts for every taxpayer, puts more money in everyone's pockets, and allows those people to save, invest, or spend it as they see fit. Any of those actions helps to increase economic activity.

Hey! That's just what Bush did. He cut our taxes and now we've got a strong economy, unemployment is very low, and wages for all income groups (not just the wealthy) are moving up. What a coincidence!

PS...to Answerman - when has it been proven that having a Democrat controlled congress and Democrat President have ever been good for the economy? The last time that happened was during Carter's term. Let's see, we had hyperinflation..no, it was stagflation. High inflation with a stagnant economy. High energy pricess, oil shortages, gas lines, people going cold because they had no heating oil, poor overall morale for the country. No thanks.

Stop the Influx of Illegals that are Stagnating US wages. Once High paying jobs in markets such as Carpentry, Masonary, and even some warehouse work. These job markets are dealing out Lower wages. Which is leading America into a two class America Upper and Lower with No Middle. You'll either be RICH or POOR. Neither Tax cuts Nor More spending Unless it's on Border security will fix this problem.

To build a place in the middle class and maintain it, you need to adopt and keep what is important to them. 1. Education. They move to areas with the best schools and take part in school life to keep it that way. Ignorant people don't get good jobs. 2. Family. Train your children in manners and give them social experiences - scouts, learning instruments, horse riding. Well educated people automatically like the things that benefit upbringing, classical music and theatre trips etc. 3. Self denial. Really? Yes. You raise your children and the best way is by example, so you have to be there, like it or not. All the after school clubs and activities don't come to you. 4. Health. Keep up with clean healthy food and plenty of outdoors exercise, keeping the tv at arms length. No guarantees, but if you do this you are playing all the right odds to produce successful children and that is the secret. Cheers, Steve.

They have to work their way up or remain treading water at the level they are at. Government is not the answer. The middle class only assumes a small portion of the tax burden as it is.

The answer is inside those who comprise the middle class. I don't know of anyone personally who is currently making a good deal of money and who did not have to climb the income ladder on their own. Some will make it and some will not.

Stop getting rid of so many "middle-class" jobs by outsourcing.

Also, I don't think I need another tax cut, really (especially ones as meaningless as the last few years). . . but I SURE know the ultra-rich don't need anymore tax cuts.

make it a law to where every employer has to give every employee a 5% raise on their year anniversary every year if they are making under $15 an hour , this will give the ability for anyone to be successful in their job , making $7 an hour for life is just pathetic and wrong

The middle class are always striving to replace the upper class and assume their roles. I would sooner die a pauper than a f*cking hypocrite.
