Now I'm all for democracy, liberty and killing terrorists in Iraq but if more Iraqi civilians are getting killed because of the US presence in Iraq how will the US military ever solve any of the problems in Iraq?

I think it is. You can have an opinion on illegal immigration. None of us here are in favor of it. But some of you seem downright hateful, violent and members of the KKK. (I said some) This hate is directed at certain groups, especially Mexicans. I know many Mexicans legal and illegal, and they are fine people who work very hard, love their families, and the girls are very cute. Some of you seem so obsessed by them, as if a Mexican stole your husband or wife. It's scary, cause you're killing your insides with hatred, and the law of the universe states it will only come back to you.....and believe me most Mexicans I know are too busy to even give you a second thought. (I'm not Latino by the way, but know people of all cultures, and love both the Asian and Hispanic cultures)

Wouldn't you all agree that the major threat to US national security is N. Korea and/or Iran giving a nuclear bomb to Al Qaeda who then uses it against the US? We got Saddam, there ain't any WMDs in Iraq I say we start kicking some Iranian and N. Korean butt with the full force of our military and fight a real war and not this insurgent crap.

For to long almost everything a politician has done is to serve him self and those who have donated the most to his election .
OUR nation if you look closely has a number of real problems .If the politicians continue to overlook them what will happen to our humanity .What is our duty as good people to our friends and neighbors .If the method we use to raise a barn and build a home has changed over the years to one in which money has taken the place of actual hands on help .Then why does the money that is allocated to places like New Orleans get swallowed up by Businesses that local and state politicians have had a hand in for decades .The clean up pound for pound cost 3 times as much as it did before the storm .
What happened ,all of a sudden the market could afford to pay more with several billion dollars to pay the increased costs .BY the time you include court costs and attorneys fees will it be worth spending another 500 million in government affairs. They want all the money .

Overnight tourists already contribuite to local economy with their spending which is double respect to the day trip visitors. Local government raises money by council tax, a 10% increase on top of VAT 17,5% would make England one of the most expensive country in Europe, doing so it will be cheaper to go abroad even for short breaks

Devastating illness from post traumatic stress disorder, to unknown diseases suffered like the last Gulf War syndrome illness, to catastrophic brain injuries and paraplegic injuries are rsulting in one in four US soldiers is claiming disabilities which is estimated to cost US taxpayers 100's of billions of dollars over the next 40 years. (Not to mention the Lancet Medical Journal's study which estimate an average of 650,000 Iraqi deaths) The Veteran's Administration has slowed approval for treatment of these soldiers. Everything points to urgent calls to bring the soldiers home. Why does Bush and his team ignore the voices of his military and why is Bush so oblivious to studies by experts?
