I think they should get the death penalty...what do you think?

I got something better. They should take them out to the Desert, Tie them down so they can't get away! Then poor Honey all over them and let flesh eating ant's eat away at them. And just before they are about to die, get the ant's off. Then give them some water so they get a bit of revival of life. And leave them out there for the buzzards to pick apart. Either all that or tie a rope to each on of the major body parts, and have them all pulled off one by one. That's just what I think though!

I don't personally agree with the death penalty, but definitely a serious and lengthy prison sentence. A lot of times the rapist is someone the victim already knows and it is really hard to condemn someone you cared for, even when they betrayed you so horribly.

castration is more humane or at the least a vasectomy in conjunction with guaranteed jail time.
Yes, it's still possible to rape someone after you've been castrated but the decrease in testosterone makes the probability much lower. Also, castration prevents this guy from propagating into the next generation.

No, not the death penalty, it would be to easy on the rapist. May i suggest, to cut his balls off or her mama - mias off, send them to prison and throw the key away.

Unless they did it in front of everyone, or there were cameras, no one will ever know what really happened. Btw I'm extremely against the death penalty.
I would say life in prison.

Death penalty would be nice (esp for child molesters). If not that cutting off their balls would be a nice alternative.

10 years hard labor .. break rocks all day, with no chance of parole. (For first offence). FYI : It is still possible to rape after being castrated. Believe it or not. Good Luck ! :)

Castration would be best...or even a sex change!!
But for real, I think they should be sterilized and thrown into jail!
