Yes, this is definitely an abuse. First of all, the Faith-Based Initiatives should never have been established, since they violate the separation of church and state that is established in the Constitution. Also, giving preferential treatment towards one religion over another is unconstitutional.

This is a total abuse of political power.bush ignored the separation of church and state.The people that supported him are all from the christian right.It stands to reason that all the money went to them.
