Diplomacy is one thing dictatorship is another, I do not think it would make any difference what party was in, the Republicans or the democrats, when it comes down to trying to negotiate with dictators and terrorists diplomacy is not in their vocabulary. Dictatorship for the most part is simply my way or the highway there is no negotiation. If the N.Korea dictator decides to drop a nuclear bomb on us, I can tell you it wont make a dam bit of difference who is in power because we all melt. When you have a very unstable dictatorship like N.Korea and Iran, diplomacy simply does not work with these people. So I believe if you want peace and freedom in this world you have a choice it's fight or flight.

It will ONLY help the Republicans. The ONLY plan everyone knows that the Democrat's have is to Cut and Run in the battles we are currently in. They will NEVER do anything to North Korea to stir the pot. Peace is ALWAYS achieved through war. We just hope that MOST of the time we can achieve peace through talks and diplomacy. (For those who think peace can never be achieved with war, name ONE war that was fought and WON by one side surrendering or being wiped out that did not achieve peace!)

The problem with this question is this:

We have been doing diplomatic talks with them for YEARS!!!

North Korea is not getting things from the USA like they did during the Clinton Era so you see the fit he is throwing.

TRY learning from other sources. Sometimes listening to BOTH sides can help you make more since of what is going on.

Actually it is helping us. FACT: No one beside a Republican hopeful has ever been elected during a time of war, as far as the presidency! And guess what, LIBS and Dem's can cry all they like in public. But when you got to the poles, your actions are quite different. I know a lot of supposed Dem's and Libs, they act like it in public because int he Midwest it is popular to do! But when they get to the poles, they vote for the Republican. Americans do not want some pansy in office during war. All they will do is cut and run.

Hasn't changed my mind one bit. We are working with the UN in regards to both of these issues. What's your problem. Should we start bilateral talks then raise taxes so we can pay these ba$tards the money they want to scam from us? Let's get a little smart here folks. We are doing the right thing. Your problem is you listen to the media. They don't know crap about foreign policy, and its apparent neither do you.

No, they are hurting themselves a big deal already. The nuclear crisis is also house made. Not only did they totally good on their North Korean policy, but Rumsfeld was also chairman of the company that sold them the nuclear reactors in 2000.
