I stated a clause in my lease that whatever illegal actions are made by my roommate I will not be held responsible, and it will be solely his responsibility –

Seeing as how the house is my property… Will this protect me from the law when it comes to HIS retarded “herbal explorations,” or no?

FALFURRIAS — Seventeen illegal immigrants were found hidden in the back of a hot U-Haul moving truck, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said today.

The immigrants were discovered by a Border Patrol dog at an inland highway checkpoint Friday. All were given fluids but declined medical attention.

All the immigrants were from Mexico and returned voluntarily to Mexico.

The driver, a 29-year-old U.S. citizen from Brownsville, was arrested and charged with alien smuggling.
