Im not going to say i am the biggest supporter of black folk i am not prej but nor have i had many good conversations with black folk. The thing i want to ask and get across is with illegal immigration and the true facts that the black folk are and still are one of the most poverty stricken people in the united states due to prej that are out there and yes there are some lazy ones to just like white folk (i am white)but not lazy. My thing is that the fact that these people are surpressed and are so poverty stricken not only does illegal people steel the jobs of middle class americans (white or black) but also takes low paying jobs away for the recovery of the black folk. President bush might be some what sielent on the fact that he supports illegal immigration but he made only one visit to strengthen ties with the NCAAP i think thats what it called but he made only one visit to them. Mind you it was election induced meaning he only did it for the vote. Does this disturb you?

a creditor i owe money too is not listening to me . there is a dispute of around £5000.00 of monies that i dont owe i ionly owe around £4000.00 AND THEY ASKING FOR £9000.00. I owe a creditor some money. i have asked for another six weeks to pay.. but the wont wait any longer. Ok here is my situation. I was in an accident when i was 18. I joined the navy when i was 19. Here is the problem apparently this woman sued me. But in texas a subpoena can be accepted by a legal guardian. My legal guardian was my mother. But here is where, and sadly, the plot thickens. Apparently my mother accepted the subpoena for me but never told me about it and then shortly after she died in a car accident. I didnt even find out i was sued until i was in the navy over two years. I went to renew my liscense and they said i had a not status on my liscense. I went to navy legal and they told me some dumb *** anser about the civil servicemans's act but didnt tell what i was actually covered under. So my question is this if the lawsuit went down after me joining the navy am i covered? and what exactly does being covered mean? do i have to pay her the 5 g's or is it just a deferment plan. i went to the web site but i didnt understand the mumbo jumbo law terms. Please help!

a week, he had a party the police raided my home and arrested him. H e had illegal drugs on him and he was sent to prison. When I returned the condo association told me I had to pay $1,500.00 in sanctions. I paid the sanctions and assumed all was ok, wrong. It has been a year and a half and now my neighbors are taking me to court cause they want me to move. I recieved no charges in the raid and have never been in trouble with the law ever. I am 53 years old and Every month in the newsletter they still refer to my home as the suspected drug house, I cringe every time I see it. Is there anything I can legally do to stop this harassment? I am about out of money with the legal expenses and all. The court was open to all resedents and only 3 showed up the judge said he would not kick me out of my home as I was not here when the raid occured own But the harrassment still is ongoing. Every time I get a visitor they run out and write the license plate number down. it is my next door neighbor
