I will assume you mean terrorists. Apart from recent events a very quck search reveals no fewer than 30 successful terrorist attacks occuring inside Canada. This number does not include the foiled terrorist attacks or incidents such as the gentelman arrested earlier this year for plotting to behead the Prime Minister.

Seems to me it was just a couple of months ago (June 2nd actually) 9 terrorists were apprehended planning to behead the leader in Canada. Threats against the CN Tower and the CSIS headquarters etc. Explosives recovered. Feel better now?

Terrorists strike high profile targets and nations that will generate support in the (typically) Arag world. In this regard, Canada is almost inconsequential. It would be similar to have a truck bomb go off in Jamaica or Togo

I believe there was a group of home grown terrorists who plotted to blow up the Canadian Parliament, kidnap and behead the Prime Minister. This was broken up in part by the US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance program.

I think maybe you will have to ask a Terrorist that to get the definitive answer. Maybe they think nobody cares, or would notice, if they attacked Canada. Or maybe they just don't feel that much animosity towards Canadians.

Gee, I don't know why scottish terriers do not attack Canada. (By the way, terriers is spelled this way: TERRIERS.) Maybe because they don't attack any nation. Neither do I know why some people refuse to capitalize the proper names of nations. Go figure.
