If we could get past the parties we would be better off. There are differences within the same party and the politicians in the middle are about the same except for their party affiliation. There are passionate people from both parties. And they have one thing in mind. Making the other party look bad so their group can be in power. Democrats are known to support more social spending for programs that support the poorer peoples . The result of which is more taxes and more government. they are known to support reproductive choice. The republican party is thought to be made up of the more wealthy. I am republican and not rich by any means.; Although i am successful in my work. They believe that the government should help only the truly needy through government programs. And if you are capable you should be responsible for your own life . This lowers your tax burden and lessens the need for government interference.They are known as a more moral party (which may or may not be true) They aremade up of more church going party members. Therefore they believe abortion is wrong .And an unborn child deserves at least a chance. Democrats are also known as liberals or left wing party. repoblicans are known as conservatives and right wing party members.Yahoo answers is full of passionate people who quickly get angry about issues in politics. there are other lesser parties they are somewhere in the middle.
