I'm looking to ship two small lizards that are live. What is the best way to ship these animals to ensure their health and safety upon arrival in a timely matter? The lizards are actually geckos, about maybe 1-2 inches long each.

I've got a young ball python, hes about 10 months old. I am currently in the middle of getting our house ready to move and having abit of work done on it so a couple of weeks before xmas i took him to my friends house where it would be a little less stressful, i have had a few problems with feeding but nothing too serious, he always ate eventually and was very healthy. at first they said he was feeding ok and were staying in contact with me regular but then he started to ask me how much id sell him for as his dad wanted him and obviously i said he wasnt for sale. All of a sudden he stopped replying to my messages, i saw him now n again in work and he said the snake was ok and had eaten, i made arrangement a few times to go see him but everytime i turned up there was no answer. i saw his dad tonight n asked how the snake was n he said he's dead, not been eating apparently. i think he said this to keep him.. i dunno what to do.. can they die this quick? what do you think i should i do..

I have 2 hatchling corn snakes. One of them is the sweetest and nicest snake ever but, the other one is very aggresive (not to the other snake). The breeder we got him from says he is very nice and docile but, the way I see this corn snake is very angry and snappy. You touch him once and he is already stiking at you. The tempature in the cage is perfect and if it wasn't my other snake would be acting up. I was hmy hands before and after I try to put my hand in the cage but, he just starts to rattle his tail and stikes at me. I'm trying to just put my hand in the cage and have him get used to it but, it isn't working.

i have 2 new baby RES cause i don't want my old one feel lonely.
just bought them today. put them on the rock, they crawl, they fall in to the water, they swim (floating), they try to catch some air, they can't, they look panic, so i pull them out of the water and put them on the rock again.. look like they aren't good swimmer. my aquarium 10 cm depth then i reduce to 3 cm (and they still can't do it).

the old one baby RES in the aquarium seems unhappy about what i did cause she loves to dive and stay on the bottom of the aquarium. she also can't get along with the new ones. she always in the water and the new babies always on the basking area (now i have to check them all the time cause i'm worry they'll drown)

i remember the baby RES habitat in the petstore only fill the water about 1 cm depth, maybe that's why the new ones can't swim.

so, what should i do?

Im just wondering if anyone knows where to get the insides for the habitat all of the local petcos (LA, CA area) use for their red ear sliders, its made of plastic, floats, and is about the size of the aquarium. it looks like drift wood Im just wondering because I have 3 baby turtles that are rapidly out growing their 15 gallon tank and I dont think they are ready to go outside to the pond yet
