Ok every is saying no iceburge lettuce for any lizards i was jsut woundrirng y becuse my uro has been eating it all week and seems to be just fine ??

i also feed him a little bit of bird seed,green peppers,celery leaves,tomatos,apple and milworms?

Uro's are mainly vegetarians as adults. Iceberg lettuce however does not offer the nutrients they need. You should be feeding him dark leafy greens (mustard greens, kale, dandelion greens, collard greens) along with peas, sweet potatoes and carrots.
I would stop with the bird seed and only offer insects occasionally.

As mentioned, iceburg lettuce has minimal nutritional value. There are several greens and mixes that will prove far more beneficial. Try this: I'd chop turnip, collards, and mustards greens along with a mix of one or two bright colored veggies. I'd also possibly include a good source of protein like green beans or bean sprouts.

as mention by other ppl iceberg lettuce has no or little nutrition value.. it's made up of water and fibre ... spinach has toxins in it so don't use that either it will poison ur lizard .. it might be fine now but u'll have problems later the odd time it's ok but not all the time .. romaine lettuce is ok to use ...

because it has zero nutrition. it's all water and fiber. a little now and then won't hurt, but it doesnt have anything in it for him to live on
