Yes you can put neosporin on any reptile wound as long as its normal neosporin and not the one with Pain Relief. you can also use triple antibiotic ointment.
Just make sure you change the any bedding your useing to papper towels or something solid so that it doesnt collect on the wound. You want it to stay as clean as it can until it heals. I normal use paper towels as its easy to clean and wont get all the neosporin.
I hope this helps. if you have any other question fel free to e-mail me at socalherpers@yahoo.com

Any type of cut should be treated much in the same way that we would treat a human injury. The wound should kept clean, and dabbed with a healing/antibiotic ointment (such as Neosporin) daily until healed. As I'm sure you can imagine, bandaging a snake is near impossible. A very small, waterproof band-aid may work if the cut is bad enough to require a dressing. Obviously, in the case of an injury to the head, it should not be covered with a bandage. In this case, a hospital tank should be used to keep the wound clean during healing.

i have 4 snakes and i was told not to put neosporin on them becasue if they rub it off on their tank they can get it in their eyes.. i was told by the vet i took my ball pythin to when he had a cut... they did say i could use peroxide though.. and i wouldnt use a band aid the sticky stuff on them might get under their scales and run the risk of making their next shed bad
