how come so many people are against having corn in their pets food? i hear people say its nothing but a filler, and that it causes allergies. then why do some pet nutritionists state otherwise, and say its actually good for pets? is it true that its because corn is cheap so any pet food with it in it must be cheap and no good?

Can you recommend HUMAN GRADE dog and cat foods? We feed both dry and canned.

Also, what do you think about Natural Balance foods?

When I was younger, my dad would help my sister and I raise and then release tadpoles. This year, I decided it would be a neat thing to do, but I haven’t done it for at least 10 years or more, and can’t remember what time of the year to start looking for them. I know where to find them and how to take care of them, but I want to know when it’s time to collect them. My mother told me she remembered we used to do it in the Spring, but I haven’t seen any yet. Is it too early? Is this the wrong time of the year altogether? Any info would be great!

There's gotta be some noble reason, or are they just getting paid off for it?

Ok, so I am 13 and I own 2 female rabbits. I love rabbits and I found some people who can't afford their rabbits anymore and are giving them away for free. I would like to take them in but, right now my parents are paying for all of the rabbit food because they also own 2 rabbits themselves, and so they said that I can take in as many rabbits as I want as long as I: take care of them all, pay for all the rabbit food (which can get expensive), have time to spend with them, and find a place for all of the offspring that they produce. So I think that I might be able to do all of that, but I still can't decide whether this would be a good decision or not for me, as a high-school student with school and homework to take care of, and a kid with housechores and all the stuff that my parents want me to do.

Please help me decide. To adopt a bunny or not to adopt a bunny. And if I do, how many should I adopt.

We had a hamster that died of wet-tail in early January. Now my mom is experiencing stomach discomfort, such as bloating. Is it possible this germ or bacteria was transmitted from the hamster? We threw away all the stuff and disinfected the area, but could she have gotten it while handling the hamster before we knew the hamster had it?

My cat needs to have a lump checked out. The vet has to stick a needle in the lump and draw cells from the lump. Do you think its necessary for her to put him under?

I have, before going around the world i added this vaccination to one of many. And i Have to say i had some pretty close encounters with monkeys in Asian zoos. And wild dogs on the streets from Greece to Cuba.

Have you been vaccinated for rabies?

I know nothing about hamsters. But I think he could be dying. He's sleeping constantly, wont drink water, and half the time wont wake up when nudged. When he does walk, he rocks back anf forth like he cant keep his balance. I dont know how old he is. He also has stuff gathered around his tail, I think he peed all over himself. Im kind of worried about him. Is he dying?

give to your children?(or if you don't have kids )...what or how do you spoil that pet of yours? and how often?
Do you think that you ever go the Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker way with an "air conditioned dog house" or other people's ways that include a huge pooch palace or so?or table for your animals to sit, etc?"special meals "served a unique way only? They have to wear clothing or fur or hopefully fake fur coats, etc? painted toe nails or colored fur? etc...?shoes, etc?
If yes, explain, it not...why not?
