Like, what are the symptoms?

If you suspect your hamster has internal bleeding, get it to the vet ASAP. Some symptoms are a tight belly, blood in urine or bowels, no energy due to a low blood pressure, etc.. Had you dropped your hamster recently that could have caused this?? In most cases the hamster should be put down, surgery is very risky on an animal this small and the outcome would most likely be death.

Your hamster would look very ill. He'd be lethargic, he'd be reluctant to move, he'd squeak when you touched him, he wouldn't eat or drink, his fur would stand on end and look messy -- he'd be the picture of misery.

Even if your hamster doesn't have these symptoms, if you suspect an injury or internal bleeding you should take him to a vet -- and SOON.

Good luck.
