Wild baby bunnies will not survive in captivity. They NEED their mother. Even if you think they were abandoned, they WERE NOT. The mother only visits the nest twice a day to feed them, so she won't lead predators to them.
Please, please leave baby bunnies alone.
If you have already picked them up, it's still not too late. Put them back where you found them. Their mom WILL continue to care for them. It's a MYTH that mothers will abandon baby animals with human scent on them -- the mothering instinct is MUCH stronger than that!

Wild rabbits are weaned at about 3 weeks of age. Even though it's small, that doesn't mean it's too little to be on it's own. Wild rabbits can not survive in captivity, most die of heart attacks.

Occasionally, wild cottontail rabbits do come down with a disease called Tularemia or "rabbit fever" - which you can catch from them if you come in contact with their urine or other body fluids. (Domestic rabbits don't get this because they're descended from European wild rabbits, a different species.) It doesn't happen *often*, of course.
Cottontails usually don't do well as pets anyway - they're wild creatures and they need to be free!

baby rabbits will not survive in captivity. They stress out too easily and will die. They are wild and by nature afaid of people, it is cruel to make them live in fear because you think they are cute, fun, etc.

If they are checked for rabbies and teeth are cut and are tame, then sure, but that is not very likely that that is gonna be easy or cheap to take care of.
