It's for pets so it's for best looking i suppose and he has just peed all over his bum and a little bit on his rump as well. he's a white lop so the pee shows really bad. any help on how to clean it? i have used rabbit shampoo and water but it won't come off.

My fiaoncee has always loved having hamsters as pets, to this day...he does well with the dog and the cat, and although he never wanted to clean the fish bowl by himself, he always cleaned it when I helped him and he never failed to feed them...so I didn't think twice when he asked for a hamster-in fact we both got one, mine is thriving however he never plays with his. I have to remind him to feed it and he only cleans it's cage when I am cleaning my hammie's cage and offer to help him with his...as a result of this his hamster is fat from lack of exercise, and his hammie used to, from day one, run into our hands whether or not we had a treat because he liked being held now he is so neglected he hides from us where we can't reach him-he's scared of us...I told him if he doesn't take an interest then I'll rehabilitate the hamster myself and then put him up for adoption...soon I'll be moving out the cat and my hammie are coming with me
What should i do about him and his; I'm not sure

there are so many who dont train properly, dont worm or deflea, feed their animals human foods, dont take them to a vet when they are sick and instead ask stupid questions here, like "my dog is soo sick what do i do??".... why??

OMG!!!!!!! I had no idea she was pregnant. We have a male but they were only together once we were sure she wasn't pregnant she showed no signs of it. We were planning on getting her spayed really soon we were going to set up an apointment. Tonight we went to go feed her and there were 5 babies in her cage on the wire floor all alive. We quickly put a towel in a box with hay and put them in it and put them in her cage. We fed the mom and are now leaving them alone for now but we are worried she wont feed them or she won't be a good mother. She is 8 months old and the male is 10 months old she is a dutch and he is a holland lop. Since they are mixed breeds are there more risks and is there a good chance they will live? I really need some tips and advice to help my sweetie rabbit and her babies. Please dont judge me for leting them together it was an accident.

I just bought(he wouldn't give him away) a mistreated ferret & it's cage from a privet owner. The man owned him for two months(bought him from a petsmart), and never cleaned him out once.

The ferret, in two months never had a drop of water. The man gave him milk(cows) from an old water bottle that had spoiled milk caked to the sides. He's not interested in drinking water, what can i do to help correct this?

His wastes are mildy runny, but nothing too serious. He has a vets appointment tomorrow, but until then what can i do for him?

As far as bathing goes can i use baby shampoo? His white fur is literally orange from caked on urine and he smells horrific.

Are there any sort of foods i can give him right away to help balance his system out and calm his upset stomach?

ok, i have a female, white fancy mouse.
i came home from school and noticed her left eye is slightly sunken in and the fur around her nose looks a little thinner, like, i can see the skin.

shes as active as always and dosent seem to be in pain.

is it just a cold or somthing more serious.

This is my first pet, so go easy with me please.

I am trying to teach it to fetch.
Any suggestions

Before anyone comes back with a silly answer, my neighbour has trained two dogs to fetch so I know that animals understand the word

I was not aware of how bad the cruelty of rodeos, but now I know and would like for everyone else to know. Helpless animals are abused and killed for nothing but money and entertainment. I want it to STOP and hope you do too. For info on horse slaughter and cruelty of farm animals go to horsekillers.com and savedahorses.com. I warn you there are very inhumane graphic pics and info.

My cats have always brought in live mice (4-5 times a week) but they usually escape under a cupboard where the cats are unable to get them and wait to be rescued by be, or they are found dead which I am fine with. However, recently they have been paralysing them ie. the mouse has no use of its back legs and is found by me in the morning frantically dragging its back end around. The cats at this point have no interest in the mouse even though it is still alive, they wont even acknowledge it's existence or make eye contact with it. This is obviously very distressing for the me and the mouse and I am left with no option but to put it out of its misery. I have been decapitating them (very swiftly) with a very sharp knife, is this the best way or is there a better more humane way?
