I can't really tell whats wrong, but you need to rush her to the vet ASAP because small animals try to hide when they are sick. By the time they show signs of illness it is almost always too late. You might get lucky and be able to help her if you hurry. But DO NOT go to little emergency vets if you can avoid it. When my guinea pig was sick a couple years ago they gave her an antibiotic shot that killed her. They dont know much about piggies and shouldn't be trusted. Good luck!

Yes, a vet would know what's wrong.

I think you should take her to one as soon as possible, because not eating and drinking properly is very serious in guinea pigs, more so than in cats and dogs as they have much faster metabolisms and die quicker from starvation/dehydration. The watery eyes would indicate she has a virus of some kind so she'll need meds.

Also check that the water bottle is working - I realised my mouse water bottle had blocked once and I nearly had a heart attack. I've kept a shallow bowl of water in there ever since in case it happens again.

S/he's merely settling in. attempt tempting your guinea pig with a leaf of lettuce, a carrot, and a chunk of apple with the seeds bumped off (apple seeds are poisonous and should be bumped off beforehand feeding rodents and toddlers). Guinea pigs do not make a sound even as they are satisfied, yet they whistle (a really intense, sharp whistle it really is, too) even as they are hungry, and in some circumstances even as they prefer interest. in case your guinea pig is quiet, that is truly satisfied, and if it hasn't eaten yet, that is not hungry, yet attempt tempting it with some 'goodies' ... it is going to gobble those down!

Take her to the vet as soon as you can. In the meantime, check that her water bottle is functional. Also check that the temperature in the room that you keep her in is ok...not too hot, not too cold. Make sure she is not in direct sunlight.
