ive only ever seen 2 in my life and look for them sometimes but dont find any. i dont mean to be racist or to affend anyone but in america they find them on buildings and in gas stations!!!! is it because they have been pushed out of there natural enviroment because of over land clearing and are forced live among people who live in the united states? but in australia its sooo hard to find them! is it because we have the bush left and they run and hide away or is it because they just have been elimenated in our suburbian areas

humans are ment to eat meat right. but are we ment to fiddel with the meat we eat? pigs cows chickens are druged to make them grow faster and be bigger but what pther effets could this have on us.

and what about the effect on the animals. when the pigs are given this drug they cannt stand because they get so large there legs will not support them. so they have to drag themselves along the ground tp get anywere and this in its self is very painful.

and what of the slaughter houses they are hung by there legs from a roof. and then without pain killers there throats are cut. with them still awake and alive they are left to hang while ppl cut them up. and then we eat them with out sparing a though to the curelty they endure through out there lives. so whats your oppion on anything i have said today please i really want to know?

my toad always seems to be so bored. she is happy & very healthy. i have her with three frogs, so i know she couldnt be lonely but she just sits under her log & doesnt move except to eat (even then she lets it come to her) or get in her water. she occasionally gets on top of her log but thats about it. she is in a 20 gallon tank, so she has plenty of room. i get her out when i can but she always seems bored. i want the best for her. i have plants, a water bowl, a log & a little house thing for her to get under, but she never seems really active exept for when i get her out. she like a completely different toad when shes out of her tank. shes more alert, looks happier, & her eyes even look brighter. most people never get there toads out so i know its not necessary. i get her out about once a week for about thirty minutes to an hour. shes not really lazy...well just in her tank, or seems to be. do you have any ideas on how i could keep her less bored & more active? pleaze help me!!!!!

can any one tell me the signs of a horse that is pregnant. My dad wont pay for a vet to come out. This is my first horse and i do not no all about horses. I know the basics though. My horse is not wild. But she stayed with my uncle well we were building a barn and there was a stallion across the fence. They both were in heat when my uncle and i went to check on them. The stallion almost mounted my horse but my uncle stoped it. Then the next day when i went over there she was not in heat any more and stayed away from the fence. She is over with us now. She seems a bit bigger. But i have not ridden her much because my dad wants to be out there when i do and he does not have time. It was about four mounths ago when this happend. So is there any signs that might tell me for sure if she is pregnant. Also when would her milk bags start filling up because latley they have been getting bigger.

please help if u can email me at

my cuban tree frog will not eat the crickets i give him. i have him in a 20 gallon tank with 2 other frogs & a toad & they eat just fine. i have to take a round edge card & gently stick it in his mouth then force the cricket in. i have been doing this since ive had him. it is really hard to do this since he is so slipery & does not enjoy it. i watch him very closely & he just stays in one corner of the tank & never moves. i let him go a week without doing this & he never ate. i thought he might actually die since he had not ate & was getting really weak so i had to start again. even when i get the cricket in he tries to spit it out. he will use his tounge to push it out & when i stick my finger in front of his mouth he uses his little hands to pull it out. this is really hard to do & i dont like doing it & i want to stop without starving him.i also have this same problem with my grey tree frog but he is easier to feed! please help im scared i might hurt him. please help me with them!!!

My guinea pig is pregnant. She is losing ALOT of her hair. I've been told that it could possibly be a Vitamin C deficiency . Is that true? If not, what else could it be? If it is, what could I give her to make sure she gets more Vitamin C? Thanks....
BTW, anyone want a baby guinea pig? lol

Well, i'll be getting my own horse pretty dang soon and i know where i can get good St. Croix Forge horseshoes, but if i get the tools for it, like a jaw clincher, some pulloffs, and pullers and nippers, can i do it myself instead of hassling over finding a farrier to do it?

i think some thing is wrong with my hamster. he wont stop itching. some pet care books say that it might be because he is nervous but if he has motes what am i suppose to do? i really want to take him to the vet to be for sure some thing is wrong but then thee is the bill to pay for just going in. is there any thing i could do to check my hamster tosee if he has mites or do i really need to take him to the vet. when i was younger i didnt have much luck with hamsters. it seemed like i always picked out the wrong one. every one i had would die within a couple of weeks inwhich some i know the cause and others i dont. my brother has had 3 hamsters and they all live for more then 3 years! i want my new hamster to live. any advice? plz help me!

I know that it has something to do with the hooves, but what about them? I am writing a "book", more like "essay" about horses to study on and so far i have everything on feeding, care, vet care, money situations (i am now up to 109 dollars!), and hoof care, cept for shodding...what is it?
