The tank is a 90 gallon that houses mostly agressive fish
The other fish in it include 2 Bala sharks, both roughly 6 in.
2 silver dollars they're pretty big,
4 clown loaches, one of them leads the group and its 6 in. it even bullies the oscars
1 large danio, (last one left from what used to be a communtiy tank)
1 cory catfish
2 Green Terror cichlids(agressive and territorial like my oscars and jewl cichlid.)

I have 2 females and 2 males that are zeba danios and one of the females look gravid with eggs.
My 10 Gallon Tank consists of 2 adults guppies, about 10-12 guppy fry, 6 neons, 2 white clouds, 4 platys, 2 catfish, and 2 algae eaters.
My Zebra Danio has been looking gravid for about 2 months now. She is getting pretty big, When should I expect her to lay her eggs?
I took some pictures of her but I was lucky to get the shots that I got because she moves very very very fast.

How do you know when she is ready? Should I set up her birthing tank yet? How big should her belly be? So, many questions because I've never had baby zebra danios, only guppies.

We put a smaller maroon clown fish in with an established "Nemo" clown fish. The new one now has a tattered tail and fins. It looks like he was beat up by the other one. Will his tail and fins get smooth again? It looks like he's being left alone now. The other one seemed to just want to establish his dominance.

I have brought 4 new Aust. baby red claws as my last 5 died the night I got them. My new crayfish survived the night but not the day all but one died I have taken this last one out of the tank and into a empty butter container for now until I know whats wrong this last crayfish seems ok but he is climbing the rocks as if to get out of the water or seeking air Is this normal
I have done everything the pet store told me to the water has been neutralised for chlorine I have fed my crayfish once as it has only been 24hrs since I got him tried giving him more but after an hour I took it out as he didnt want it He has rocks to climb and a hiding spot
My last crayfish all died around the same time as each other I found them lying belly-up on the bottom of my tank I have read of some where people have thought their crays where dead but infact molting They would not respond to being moved and seemed lifeless Is there a way to tell if they where molting? And how can I stop my crays from dying?

It was in a saltwater tank at a petstore. It looked like a fish and it rolled around on the bottom like a goby, but I actually think the guy said it was an invert. It was really colorful like a cameleon, i mean so many colors. And it had a spike down its back, what is this thing?

I brought the koi home and put them in my aquarium. They seem happy and active but they are not growing. When I went back to the petstore i noticed that the other koi in the tanks had grown quite big about duble the size as my koi and when i first saw them. I don't know why my koi are not growing. They are from the same batch as in the pet store.

The edges and tips of the plant started to turn brownish. I have a very powerful air filter. There is sufficient carbon dioxide for the plants and oxygen for the fishes. I thought the waste of the fishes will provide fertilizer for the plants. Since the start, I have placed my tank beside the window to get some sunlight. Please suggest some way I could revived the health of my plants.

I came to feed my goldfish at about 8.30 in the morning to find that he had jumped out, i have no idea how long he was out of the water but he was very dry and there was no gill movement at all. I put him back in the water and moved him around and his gills started working again. i did this for about 5 minutes longer and he started to move himself, his fins were stuck to him and his tail was stuck together, these hav opened out and he is usung all but one fin, he seemed to perk up and started swimming about on his own, but he keeps stopping and jst staying near the top of the tank i am unsure what to do, do you think he will survive? any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

SHE is the most beautiful beta and that is saying a lot because i have a pretty big fear of fish. but she's in a bowl so i'm okay with her. she was given to me as a gift (from my big sis becuase i'm in a sorority - alpha omicron pi). i know because she's a beta, it would be funny to name her alpha and as part of our sorority, we say "alpha love" a lot so it could be cute. she's all red and like i said really pretty. but i'm looking for a serious answer because she's really going to help me get over my fear of fish. please give me your thoughts. thanks.

Starting this week two of my 3" flowerhorns have been moving gravel with their mouths and at the same time rub their bellies onto the gravel. I dont think it is ick because the two only do this at a certain spot and just chase and swim around in the other areas. I dont think they are breeding because i put in many caves and they are doing the rubbing and moving of the gravel in the foreground of the tank (in the open). All of my other flowerhorns are acting normal. Can someone help me?
