It is a bog plant that will die if totally submerged! It is called the arrowhead plant or elephant ear. Don't know the latin name.
You posted this question before, didn't you?

i am pretty sure its a syngonium podophylium. it won't grow well in an aquarium and would prefer a pot -- its related to a philodendron -- it grows well in just water but would prefer dry leaves. here is a pic of a syngonium -- you can be the judge --

I'm not positive but it looks like a Radican, Marble Queen (Echinodorus cordifolius) but it's kinda hard to tell from your pic.

ahhhhhh my mum has really huge ones, i love them, they are called elaphant ear's sorry i cant spell the word, i hope you no what i mean, their are so many different family's to this plant also with other names, i have not seen one for a long time, unless i go to see my mother i love them their great you can also get some that are red
