I would not advise it. Several of those a tad aggressive and the fins of the Betta may not survive constant nipping. How big is the tank? Is there a lot of swimming area? If you have a good size tank (10 Gallons minimum) and there isn't a lot of decorations, you might get away with it. If you want a Betta, put it in it's own little place and keep him away from other fish. Good luck!!

i would be wary of putting a betta in with any of those fish. serpaes may nip, the shark tends to be territorial and is a better swimmer than a betta, so if they got into an argument, the shark would win.
do you know what kind of sucking loaches you have? there's a particular one that will turn aggressive and attack your other fish, the Chinese Algae Eater. if that's what you have, i would think about rehoming them before they get big and your fish start disappearing!
if you have your heart set on a betta, set him up his own little tank. a nice little 5 gallon would be lovely, he could even have a little apple snail buddy.

He might last for a while, but the tetras and the shark will attack your betta's long fins. He can take that for a while, but eventually they will wear him down and kill him. A female betta will last longer, as she doesn't have the long fins to chew on. You can try putting him in, and monitor his fins. If they start chewing on him, I would suggest getting him his own little home.

i would suggest not puting a siamese fighting fish in with other fishies as it will either die or something else will kill it, a nice tank for itself with some fun objects to swim through would be good for the fish, siamese fighting fish are soo cool!

Buy another tank to put it and use a piece of paper to put betwen the two tanks. The fighting fish will act crazy(fight) if you don't.Do the same thing if you buy another unless you put them together for them to mate. When they mate finished, put the male, female and eggs apart(do the same thing).Do the same thing again when the eggs hatch-remember to put the piece of paper.

I had a siamese fighter - absolutely beautiful. I found he was ok but the other fish tend to bite his long fins. He will stick up for himself and fight back, but they get stressed if the other fish keep on biting his fins.
Try it and see.........good luck:)

Male betta fish will kill each other and other fish if put in one tank or bowl. They are territorial fish. Female bettas can be stay together.

Your quickest way is to pass to a seek engine of your determination and attractiveness in Honolulu and Betta and hunt that way. however the suitable Bettas are from breeders no longer from maximum shops, until they get them from interior of reach breeders.
