i have a very cute dog, i wonder if is any at there to reproduce my dog exatcly the way he is now please help me i love him so much, that make sad thinking he will go to dogyland one day

I'v asked our trainer and our vet...they suggested possibly lab/sheperd/whippet mix? We got her from the humane society so they didn't know much on her. She is 1 year and weighs about 40lbs. Here's a link to some pictures. Thanks!

i am soooooooooo sad. my dog had to be put down 6 months ago. even though it was a long time ago, i still REALLY miss her! what can i do 2 get her out of my head and stop me from crying?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

OMG....These stupid ppl had a puppy in the Back of the Truck and well I am a Huge animal Lover....Well anyway I thought he was adorable but also very scared for the poor puppy...Well you see I live in Tx and ppl But Bigger dogs in the Back of there trucks that are already Trained but this was a lil Puppy.

Well we were on the Highway...& I was like um..what is that little dog trying to do jump out of the moving truck?
Well turns out i was right. It was HORRIBLE omg we were on the Highway a busy one to and well the little puppy was rolling on the road it was so scarey I started to scream and so did everybody else...Well thankfulley the dog was ok cause my dad had stop the car and make sure he stopped the person in the Truck..Wow! what do you think you would of done??
would you have reacted the same way,would you do the same thing?

-yes the puppy is alive THANK GOD

i just noticed how my dogs' nail is falling off. its all crooked and it looks like if it was bleeding. right now the blood is all dryed up. what do i do? do i put peroxide it and take off the nail? if theres a vet that would like to give me advice, pleace YIM me musk91

I recently adopted another dog from the pound for my current dog to play with. She is about 2 years old and I was wondering if we could teach her any tricks, or if she is just plain too old. Also is there anyway to break her bad habbits?? She gets into the trash and gets on our bed. Or is she too old to have her bad habbits broken??

I am an absolute dog LOVER and i know a lot about dogs. Im very responsible and love my puppy to pieces but I seem to be REALLY intent on getting another dog- I even took out the money to buy one but pulled out at the last minute because I had second thoughts. I have one small dog and my family has a big dog, so I dont knwo what the responsibility would be like having 2 small dogs to carry around with me. Does anyone have personal experience of having 2 small dogs and a lifestyle that entails travel?

I bought what i believed to be a 10wk old female chihuahua puppy, but after seeing her hump a few things around the house i have my doubts. exactly how can i tell whether this puppy is a boy or girl? I've heard that female chihuahua puppies don't develope sexually until they are about a year old . Is this true? I'
m kinda lost and could definitely use some advice.

I have a new pup today I noticed he had tapeworm segments in his poo, I know all about the lifecycle and I know that they get them from eating fleas.. well he doesnt have fleas but still got them probably from his birthplace. Anyway I called the vet for a simple price quote on the dewormer.. well no its vaccinations first, plus vet visit fee, plus this plus that. Right now I dont have the money for ALL of that at once.. I will get him vaccinated, I will get him neutered and I will care for him in every medical way throughout his life but they denied me worm treatment.. they would rather let him suffer worms than just sell me the darn meds and get it over with.. I would have cost me well over 100 dollars to get him wormed at the vet... I went to the pet store and paid $10 for a broad spectrum dewormer. If Vets really care about the dogs then why put prices so high and add on all this other fees at once, I can afford to pay for my dog but not all at once, however vets deny me that Why?

my dog of almost 6 years was hit by a car about 2 months ago and nowone apologized.He was a small chocloate chihuahua my little boy.

I cant get over it,and just today I went out to the grave and noticed you can only tell by the overturned dirt it is a grave and I thought"that is so common"how can I make it pretty and noticable.like a human grave.What can I do to make it look nice.Despite the hurry to bury him he is buried not even 2 feet in.so I dont wanna put posts and things deep in the ground.

would flowers help?

also there is big tree right in front of him,could I do anything to that?

My dog was playing in the yard, running and suddenly yelped and was limping. She hurt her hind leg. She is 10 yrs old and in good health. We took her to the vet and vet checked her and gave pain meds and suggested bed rest for a week. Found no breaks. Could be possible tendon tear. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this. Now she's very frustrated and is walking on 3 legs. I can move her leg and joints and she doesn't react negatively. She will not put her weight on her hind leg.

I have a half wolf puppy and something is not right... him and the other puppy are all ways in to some thing. And today when I get them out of the pin He just sits there and dose not move..I have had him out all day and all he dose is lay down will not eat and will barly drink . My girlfriend and I bought a chihuahua from a pet store a few days ago. It just turned 5 months old because no one wanted to buy it. It was always nervous, shy, submissive, and real scared when anyone came around it. We think he may not have been socialized because he's been in a cage at the store for so long. He is scared of noises, even if it's the television, even if its our footsteps of walking around, just anything in general. We took him to a pet store yesterday and he actually for the first time ran with the other dogs and played, but after we left, he went back to being scared of us or anything in general. He doesn't bark or make noises, and even makes it hard to feed him because he doesn't want to eat (he's scared of the bowls) so we hand feed him and give him water with a small cup for now. We can't train him because when we talk to him, he gets scared and tries to run away or crouch into a corner. He's always constantly crouching into corners. Any ideas on this?
