I'v asked our trainer and our vet...they suggested possibly lab/sheperd/whippet mix? We got her from the humane society so they didn't know much on her. She is 1 year and weighs about 40lbs. Here's a link to some pictures. Thanks!

Here are 3 more recent pictures if they give any more insight. I looked up the rhodesian ridgeback and I do see that in her. When her hair stands up she defintly has the ridge. She is a very smart dog...a bit stubborn thus the obediance classes. :-)

She might be a Rhodesian Ridgeback crossed with a Whippet and a smaller breed?

I agree with those who say she has Ridgeback in her.

My guess is Rhodesian Ridgeback mixed with some smooth coated terrier (I'd almost say JRT, but the coloring wouldn't make sense). Maybe even a little pinscher of some sort.

She is lovely! Very nice looking indeed :)

I think there may be more of a rodesian ridgeback mix going on there. Her colour and face are definately reminding me of my bosses old dog. Much more so than of any of the whippets I owned. Her very close coat doesnt suggest shepherd to me.

Hi, Im guessing at it might be a Rhodesian Ridgeback Cross by looking at her coat and long body.

Rhodesian maybe but no whippet just too heavy boned, maybe viszla, ears could be pit or staff

i see sheperd, but also a possibility that there may be some pit bull, pharoh hound, or some type of terrier, that would result the color and texture of the coat. also the weight. i dont believe that there is any lab though.

I can definitely see the shepherd in her face. She's mixed with a short-haired breed evidently. Very pretty dog.
