My dog is 1 years old, we found out that he has parvo, it cost way to much money to put him into the hospital, if i had the money I would most definatley do it.. I just lost my girl dog 2 days ago, and cant loose another.. im so desprate please help

My dog is lost and I need for you to keep an eye out for her.If you ,or any of your friends are from Sebring,Beloit,Salem ,Damascus,North Benton or Alliance,Ohio,please,on Friday there were very high winds in our area and our fence was blown over.Two of my 13-year-old dogs were lost.One was found safe today,but her sister is still missing.Her name is Sierra.She is a mixed-breed(Australian shep/retriever/???).She is golden-red with white on her chest,and is very thin,as she has been sick.She needs medication and a special diet for kidney disease.I know this is a long-shot,but in the off-chance that someone who sees this is from my neck of the woods,please help.Her sister was found on the corner of Johnson and Courtney roads,and was also seen at Quaker City IGA on Friday,so she could be anywhere.Thanks.

im went today to see a pug thats 8 weeks old and it a male and its the funniest and best dog ever im goining tommorow to pick it up on my way home with it im driving to petco so i can buy him the things he needs the food i will ask the breeder to tell me which one he feed him beacase he looks very healty and active i just wanna know of any good treats and 1 or 2 toys that will keep my pug busy and active while i go to school.......thanks and if you know of any names cause im still picking one can you please tell me

my husband and his friend recently rescued a femal pittbull terrier. We bel;ieve she was used as a breeding dog, a teaser, or fighting. She is missing most of her teeth and what teeth that remain are worn down. She has a wheezing problem and is having trouble gaining weight. She still has problems with her right hind leg. I am looking for any tips on getting her heathy again, she refuses to eat certain foods, and maybe looking for someone with the resources to completely rehabilitate her.

He was adopted at 8 weeks with no information about his line. He is incredibly smart - sit, stay, come, ride, treats, shake, etc. He is very territorial and aggressive toward other animals, bigger or smaller. He has a black tongue and a bushy, curly, tail. His ears were floppy until he was about 1 year old, and now they stand straight up with no clipping done. He is about 80lbs, all muscle. He stands tall at the shoulders, but I don't have an exact measurement. Here are a couple pics:

i am thinking of getting a yorkie or a beagle. i want to get an owners perspective here.
i am wondering:

what is there learning rate? do they learn fast?

how do they respond well to basic obedience?

do they like other dogs? are they sociable?

can they handle dogs barking? (like in basic obedience)

how easy are they to train?

do they like other people?

do they get distracted or daze off to something else very easily?

what is there attention span?

Hi i am in the UK and looking for a italian greyhound breeder. There just doesn't seem to be any about, does anyone know of any or are you one? Does anyone own one of these special dogs and know how to find a breeder? Also does anyone know if you can ship from a different country to here? - yes desperate to find one of these dogs x

What would you do if you threw a burrito out your car window and it hit a person on a motorcycle and he wrecked! and then he asked me if i had a problem. Of course i said no it was delish but filling. Then he took my dog and punted him over a bridge! I have no clue were to find him. What should I do. He knows to bark twice if he is in milwakee.

The guy that lives behind me is a hunter and he ALWAYS throws dead fish and unwanted deer parts over the fence. I have two dogs and as soon as they find the animal remains, they go and- not eat it- ROLL in it! Then they come inside and rub the smell on the furiture and you can't breath if you're in the same room with them. I'm afraid to confront the problem to my neighbor himself be cause I don't live in a good neighborhood and who knows what the guy would do if I offended him.
How do I keep the dogs out of the animal remains? Please help!

my wife has always wanted a dog, its me that said no. but we now have 2 boys (aged 2 and 5) and i think the time may be right.

I lost my "child" two days ago. She wasn't sick or showing any signs of being sick. She was having a hard time breathing and I took her to the er vet. They said she had an air pocket between her chest and heart which was causing it hard for her to get air in. They did a chest tap on her to get the air out but two hours later she stopped breathing on her own. I was completly hysterical and don't remember what they called this of what causes this. Any thoughts???

so i bought my dog (long hair chihuahua 5 years old) some dog food in those little square plastic bowls that you just peel off the top and serve. she really likes it and thats good because im trying to have her like human food again. well my question is that what is a good brand similar to that type of food but doesnt cost an arm and a leg. she eats a lot for a little dog and those things costs 80 cents each. are the big can ones just as good? suggestions please.

My 7 year old black lab consumed a pair of underwear & socks earlier this week. Since then, she has been throwing up daily & having bad diarrhea. She hasn't had much of an appetitie either. Is there anything I can do on my own without having to take her to the emergency veteranarian? Does this sound normal for dogs to do this?

My mom (yes i am still in high school=) says i can get a dog, it has to be small but not toy small. The dog can not to be to yappy and not to hand to handle, but loving.

she is a silky terrier. we just got her about 2 months ago. he bites me and my boyfriend. she is out of control. she never calms down. always hyper. i can't do a training class because the class is on a saturdays and i always work on saturdays

I have heard it is ok to give a dog Pepcid AC for upset stomach, but does anyone know if it's ok to used Pepcid Complete. I gave some to my dog the other day but he threw it right up. Not sure if he threw up from the medicine or just from being sick.

Ok, I got myself into a bit of a pickle...i am watching my friends dog for about 2 months, and I have never owned a long haired dog before. I didn't know I had to brush him everyday, now he has a few matts. He doesn't have very many, but I need to know the best way to get them out without cutting his hair. He has 2 on one of his ears that seems to be bothering him. I brushed him every tree days or so, but I am clueless. I don't want to hurt him by pulling on his skin. Do I wait until he is dry? or should I comb him wet? Should I just give it all up and take him to a groomer? We live in Germany and they can be pretty expensive here, and it can take a while to get an appointment. HELP!
