I like both. I have 5 dogs, and 4 cats. They both have pluses and minuses. So I wouldn't pick one over the other.

I love dogs. I like cats to, but not as much as dogs.

I have one of each but I have to say that dogs are my favorite. My dog is more friendly, comes when called, seeks out attention and is very loving. The cat is more aloof, can turn angry and mean at times and likes to stay to herself.

cats have always been my favorite since they don't need to be walked outside in the cold or rainy or snowy weather, but I just got a bulldog puppy last week and she's had a cold since I got her and I'm finding I love taking care of her and bringing her into my bed to stay warm at bedtime and carrying her around like I would a human baby she's turning into my favorite.

Dogs, without a doubt. I really don't even think cats are cute, and they're really boring.
