I live in California, I bought a dog from a breeder in Gulfport, Mississippi, from irresistibletinytreasures.com, the dog died 4 days after she arrived, the breeder said she would pay for shipping, she sent it COD, the breeder promised registration documents, and immunization documents, I never received them. I got her on 7/11/06 and she died on 7/15/06, I paid $3,300.00 for the tiny maltese puppy, I paid, $637.80 for vet bills, and she died of a porto caval shunt. How can people get away with unethical business practices like this? People need to know about the awful woman that did this to me.

I know I have asked for some advice on how to get dog behave because my uncle dog is totally out of control and my uncle doesn't treat it well.

However the dog have been starting to find other way to avoid discplining (being ignored, put outside, or spray with water). For example I have been trying to train him to not jump on me, he would sit on his hidlegs while jump up a bit with his forelegs. He would also not fully sit when I ask him to. He also keep getting in my way and run away then come back. This caused me to fall down a couple time. Today morning I was rushing to get ready to go to college to finsih up some paperwork and the dog tried this again, and I don't want to deal with it, so I yelled at him once then push him away with foot. He still doesn't listend and keep get in my way and I end up trip and land flatly on my knee cap that left me limping. So next time he tried it again, I slap him across the face as hard as I could. That's when he finally stop!

I really don't

This St. Benard is 3 yrs. old. I thought I was on good terms with him since he was a puppy. I petted him and he looked at me with foggy eyes and lunghed to bite me. I was lucky to get off with a bruse and broken skin. 2 Days later he bit my daughters hand and broke a bone. He came aFTER HER TO GET HER.

So, we (me and my fiance) started out with 2 pitbulls who were very hard to train, and we never quite got it done all the way, then I had to leave for 4 months and my fiance didn't quite pick up the lead in training them. I come home and our carpet is destroyed (ripped up) the house smells like a port a potty and my dogs are running crazy. To top it all off I brought home a puppy half pitbull and half beagle and now we're going crazy, they have no house manners in any area what so ever.....somebody please help me!!!!

I'm stuck with the job "Pick up the dog's poop" I cannot do it. I touch it (with a glove and bag on my hand) but it's stuck to the grass and is crumbling apart. It's not big. just a little bigger than a tootsie roll, but I still can't take how it smells or looks. Any advice on how to get the nerve to do it? My mom syas perhaps I'll get a raise in my allowence if I do it.

She isn't due for another 10 days. Is the clear discharge a sign of labor or what? And, how long after the clear discharge starts will she deliver? THe discharge has been going on for about three days now.
Doesn't her temp have to drop to 98 degrees and then she'll deliver within 12-24 hrs?
I'm calling my vet today to make sure everything sounds normal, BTW. I gotta ease my mind....

My two-year old pit bull/dalmatian mix dog (Petite) gave birth to six puppies a week ago, she's been taking care of them and nursing perfectly well, but about three days ago she began growling... she growls when she's with them. We have observed that she's having these aggressive displays towards her own babies! Today she seemed to be at the point of biting one of them. This has been happening about three to five times during the day and night. The rest of the time she has normal behaviour, she's calm and loving with them. She's not suffering any mastitis or problems in her mammal glands, which may lead to think she's having pain and rejecting puppies for that reason, so... could any experienced veterinarian tell me if this behaviour is normal? What might be causing it or what does it mean? We are afraid that she might actually bite one of the tiny puppies!!! Please don't bother to answer if you do not have a serious thing to say.

my kerry blue won 2 championships in co. Kerry Ireland, where they originated from. Why is it that so many people old and yound have never heard of them there, but in this country they know where they come from by just looking at him when we are walking him ? we live in the UK and I was born in Co. Kery Ireland also. yes I never heard of them when I grew up also. People that have heard of them seem to think they have a vicious streak but our kerry is so so placid!
