I have an 8 yr old Italian Greyhound. She's pretty much been sleeping with me on the bed ever since I got her. When I wake up in the morning, there is $hit on my bed from my dog!! I know my dog though, she NEVER has accidents in the middle of the night. Is it just coming out? because I'm sure she's not getting up in the middle of the night to take a crapping on the bed.

Every morning at 6-7 am, she wakes up and starts whimpering, which then wakes me up and i take her out so she can take care of her business. I don't understand how she's having an accident on the bed in the middle of the night. This has happened only 3 times in the entire 8 years. The other odd thing is, it's only a tiny bit that she lets out.

Has that happened to anyone else or is there an explanation as to what is going on? I know it's kind of disgusting but oh well.

I just got a new puppy the breeder says she dewormed the puppy 2 times and I might see something in his waste. I saw live worms moving in his waste. Is this normal? He is to see the Vet Saturday for his 1st visit.

My boyfriend has a sweet beagle puppy that constantly humps me and trys to eat my shoes and underpants.
He swears that his pup has never acted like this with anyone else. When I am there I play with the dog a LOT (I love dogs) and so does my boyfriend - he's usually the focal point, so I can't imagine it's a dominence thing.
Why is he doing this? What can I do to get him to stop. He'll keep trying to hump me for hours, and actually hunts for my underpants sometimes!

I don't want to cause my dog any pain; she is already two years old, and very attached to our family (spending a nigh in an animal clinic would be extremely stressful for her). I didn't spay her before because I wanted to breed her, but now I am finding out that is not such a good idea after all. What are the risks of NOT spaying her? Are ovarian cysts or cancers that popular in female dogs? It's a Yorkshire Terrier.

He was with her about 5 months. Now he only will eat people food. I can't get him back to dog food. Any idea's how I can change him back. Special type of food? If I stop feeding him people food he won't eat. I tried.

I am looking for a medium sized hunting dog that will be good with a family. I would prefer a pointer but a good dog is a good dog so it is not a must....I can spend up to 500. I have hunted with several breeds such as labs, britannys, german shorthairs, but I don't have a good view of them when not in the field....any suggestions or comments will help.

I just purchased my first condo, and for about 5 years I've been putting off buying a dog until I bought my own place. Now I got my own place I want a dog, but not a huge one, cause my condo is not that big. I went searching for a dog, and they're all really expensive or too big. Does anyone know how I can get a small-medium dog for not that much money? I already checked 1800saveapet's site and my husband doesn't like that cause they match you up with a pet. He wants to be able to choose the pet he wants. I'm located in NH. I just got a whole lotta love and I want to be able to share it. I just don't got a whole lotta money.

I am looking for an apartment, but no one will take her b/c they say she is a pit bull. I read somewhere that people get the American Staffordshire and English Staffordshire confused and they are not the same. Can anyone help me with this and possibly link me to some information so I can find a place for me and my dog? Thanks!

he was a very pretty dog that got thrown out of a car about 10 years ago. I was working with save a pet at the time, and was able to coaxe the poor frightened puppy to me, then the town put him in their pound, after I reported the incident, the next day I went and took him out, got him nuetered and all his shots, found a great home for him but he would not eat or do anything so I had to go get him again. When he saw me his tail wagged and when I got him home, you could actually see how happy he was, he never actually got a name other than White Dog. I just miss him and wanted to put that some where...thanks for listening

It's me AGAIN LOL. My vet finally called me back and said for me to just sit and wait. He also assured me that even though today is her 55th day, that her pups could survive if she ends up having them today.

I just wiped my mini dach's rear with tissue, and her discharge is pee colored and slimy/stringy. She isn't producing any milk yet, so I'm wondering if the milk has to come in before she can go into labor??

My vet said to use a hot water bottle on her swollen vulva.Anyone ever heard of that before?

I just got done making her a bed with old sheets and towels inside a big sturdy box with the end open, and put her in it and laid down beside her, but she got out of it and went under my bed. How can I show her that I want her to have her pups in the bed I made for her? Or should I just let her have them wherever she chooses?

Thanks to All in advance!!

yeah, hi, my puppy is an staffordshire bull terrierx red healer.I live in Ausstralia.she seems to think the indoors is the toilet. We just lost our very much love Ridgeback, who was a very big part of our family to cancer, Lucy (the puppy) is great, but we can spend upto 20mins with her outside, but she will come in & do it indoors. But we do praise her when she does the right thing, she is otherwisea beautifull pup. I would really appreciate a serous answer as i have a bad spinal injury & it is hard on me to keep going in & out. Serious answers only please. Thanks heaps.
