Revolution is a new spot-on treatment that works super fast to get rid of earmites..it is $13 at your vets..it also protects against heartworm and many other parasites. As it is new, call around to find out who carries it..
You can find pryrethrins at your local feed/livestock supply or garden center.

If you want to go the long way, you can put olive oil in your dog's ears for two weeks to kill them, but it is really messy. Or you can buy Revolution from a vet, only takes two doses or you can get Ear mite killer and it only takes one dose. Good luck.

Put a cotton swab liberally soaked with oil in each of your dog's ears, make sure that you swish the cotton swab around. The mites can't breathe in the oil.
