Yes, get her spayed, quickly.

Yes, she is in heat, I'd make an appointment to get her spayed. Your vet will probably want to wait until she's done with her heat period though, or you'll have to pay more to get her spayed, because everything is swollen while they're in heat. In the meantime, I'd cut an old pair of underwear up for her, put them on her and cut a hole for her tail, you can tie up the excess so it's not dragging on the floor with a rubber band or old hair scrunchie. The flashy pants are cute, but they do cost a little more, and if you're just going to use them once, you're just as well off cutting up a pair of old panties. You can line the panties with a sanitary pad so the blood doesn't drip through. Just because she's dripping blood everywhere doesn't mean something's wrong either, it just means that she is having a very strong heat, just like some women bleed a lot when they have their periods.

Yes, likely your dog is in heat. Check her backside under the tail, she will probably be swollen around her vulva as well.
Depending on the breed, they can go into heat between 6 months & 2 years of age, the smaller breeds tend to cycle sooner than larger breeds. The length of time they bleed also varies, mine go almost 1 full month (but only come into heat 1 time each year), other dogs/breeds may bleed less.
During this time, make sure to keep her secured in your yard so that there is not an accidental breeding. While in the house, you can 'diaper' her (we call them party pants!) with specific equipment you can get at your local pet store (sized by the weight or waist size).

If you are planning to breed her, now is not the time. You want to make sure that you have researched a dog ahead of time & planned for the pregnancy. Also, their ovulation varies within the heat cycle (dogs are ready -after- they begin bleeding, unlike humans who are ready before they bleed). Also, the onset of a heat cycle does not indicate a readiness for breeding. Larger breeds need to wait until they are 2 years of age to give the bones/joints time to fully mature. Breeds with known health issues, such as hip dysplasia, cannot be checked to rule them out until a certain age, usually 2 years.

If you do not plan on breeding her, it is best to get her spayed. The spay process helps eliminate the risk of various cancers later in life. Make an appointment with your vet (let them know the date she began bleeding as close as you can, they will likely want to wait until she has completed & can help you set an appointment for that time).
Spaying your pet will not change her personality or development, but it will eliminate the heat cycles & help her stay healthy.

Yep, she is in heat. They can come in any time after 6 months. I had one that came in at 4 1/2 months. Make sure she stays away from any males for the next 3 weeks!

Your dog is in heat. Also your dog will go into heat every 90 days from now on. If you don't plan on breeding her and don't want to deal with the bleeding i would get her fixed.

Yes, some dogs go into heat when they are as young as six months. As soon as she is out of heat have her spayed! You can buy products call Hot Pants or Flashy Pants for her to wear so she won't drip on everything.

Rat and Fox terriors are the only kind of dogs I've ever had. Yes your dog could be in heat. It's best not to breed her until she's at least a year old.

Yep
She is in heat.
Will be for next three weeks then out for about 6 months and back in every six months from now on.
They make doggie hot pants that you put a pad into to keep them from making a mess all over the place.
