Hi I have just got a staffie puppy at 7 weeks old. His previous owner says that he is fully weaned, and he has ate some solid food. He whined at me a lot and I didn;t know why, so I gave him a tiny bit of cows milk mixed with water, and he went crazy for it

What is the best cows milk alternative to get him, or do you think I should avoid letting him regress??

cheers

my gsd had her first season at 2 and a half, now at 3 and a half she is having her second. I think the fact that we now have a new puppy has brought on the second one

anyway you think if she has 2 consectutive seasons every 6 months, we will be able to breed her??? If she lets him lol

or can you breed if sessions are irregular
cheers

My German Shepherd suddenly started acting like he's spooked by something. It started last night while he was asleep by the front door. Suddenly he jumped up, ran into the next room, and kept looking over his shoulder like something was there. Today, he's wimpering and acting spooked again. What could have happened?

I am looking for the the name of that wand-like tool that you can use to walk around the yard and detect a break in the underground wire of an invisible dog fence. It works much like a metal detector only it emits a signal over the underground wire but when it comes to a break in the wire, the signal stops. How it knows this, I'm clueless...all I know is I want one but I can't get one if I don't know the name. Do you?

Is it okay to give dogs a little beer? They love it so much.

Or maybe I'll just teach him to get me one from the fridge...

I am a first time owner. First of all, I am very impressed with this dog, he's perfect. My only problem is that he keeps getting diahrea, we fix it but it keeps coming back. I am using Iams large breed dog food. He is 4 months. Does anyone out there have any experiences or suggestions?
