take like a treat or toy. something to lure her to u. then say come. hopefully she will come to u. if she does. say come! good girl come! good girl!! and give her the treat and lots of praise. if she still doesnt come to you tho. try gooing closer and and pull her by the collar closer to u. if she still persists, take her to an obedience trainer.

I have a boxer too. She needs a good reason to come to you. When she does come tell her what a good, pretty, nice dog she is, in your happy voice. If she thinks she will be rewarded with praise she will come to you every time.. Boxers are the greatest dogs. With some patience and training they're practically perfect!

Train her with her favorite snack...like if she loves cheese, have some in your hand, give her the command to come and when she does, give her the cheese. Keep doing it until she understands the command...then do the command without rewarding her with cheese, but with praise. It won't take her long to figure out what you want her to do. I had a cocker spaniel that was very smart, but he would never do a command without being rewarded with food or praise! (mostly food!)

she just needs to be trained.
When she does come to you, reward her immediately. You might have to bribe her with a small treat the first few times to just get her to come to you. Make it a small treat, she doesn't need a huge bone everytime for good behaviour...

Praise her when she comes to you, give a treat.. Then wait a few minutes, then try it again. Reward her again with a small treat for listening to your command.

She'll come to you soon enough every time you call her
Good Luck

Try to train her. Hold a treat in your hand when you call her and make sure she can see the treat. When she walks over praise her and give a treat. If that doesn't work out. I don't have any other advice. Sorry.

Hold treats in your hand. Put her on a leash and back up, then call. If she doesn't come, gently pull her to you and give her a treat. Over time, this will work, but it takes patience. My lab puppy is the same way, but we're working on it.

Bribery always works. I hope she is a puppy and you are wanting to train her. Whenever you call her and she comes give her a treat and praise her. Gradually work away from the treats and give more praise. Eventually you will need no more treats.

You put a four foot leash on her and tell her to come. When she doesn't come. Grab the leash and pull gently as you repeat "come". When she finally gets to you, reward her with praise and treats. Eventually she'll learn that when you say come she is to come to you.

Make her WANT to come. Make sure you reward her for coming to you with treats and attention. And never, ever, scold her after she's come to you. For example, if she chews a shoe and you say "Fido, come here" and then proceed to say "BAD, why did you chew the shoe!!!", she will be totally confused and not want to come to you anymore.
