be careful about emails from people outside of the united states. most of the emails are spams and they either get your money and then there is no transaction.
if it is one that is true, he will contact you again. also you can try yahoo link to their uk website and try the email address again from that site.

instead of using @yahoo.com
since he's from the UK, try @yahoo.uk
a friend of mine is from the UK and her yahoo addie ends in .uk

Ignore him if you want to sell a dog then ask at animal shelters etc.
