Get real! Wait 6-10 months from the last heat. Or you could do the smart thing, and get her spayed. What reason would you have to make her go back into heat?

You can't MAKE a bloody dog go into heat. You have to wait until the next time she's in heat! If you want to breed the dog then you might want to go and get a male dog and just wait for nature to do what nature does best. Pretty much, WAIT, that's the only thing you can do.

U r unable to MAKE a female go into heat. U have to wait a few months Depending on the breed and age of ur dog. Then u can breed her.
