No, I don't mean like that you sickos, I mean is your pet cat considered sexy or handsome from the mindset of another cat? My cat Snowball who is a flame-point siamese had about 4 or 5 litters before I had her spayed so it lead me to reason that she may be a sexy cat amongst the feline world. She talks a lot owning to her Siamese heritage but its always this lusty, throaty purr, kind of like how Eartha Kitt talks but in meows instead. Are any of you other cat owners out there the master/mistress of a "hot" (as per other cats' ideals) cat of your own? What do you attribute it to?

We have a 6 month old female kitten, who is usually very friendly, and we just adopted a sweet 2 year old female cat from the Human Society. The new cat is fine with the kitten, but the kitten is hissing and not willing to get close to the new cat. The kitten has been around a older adult male cat since she was 2months at my boyfriends parents house and she loves him! What can I do to ease her into loving this new cat too, or at least be able to be around her without them tearing eachother apart!! HELP PLEASE!!!

a male or a female? Or doesn't that matter with a dog/cat relationship? Do you advise a kitten, or a bit older kitten/cat who might adapt better to joining our family and having 2 new doggy "sisters"? Any helpful techniques on how to blend a new kitten or young cat into a household with 2 dogs already in place would be great. Also, any idea how the dogs will react? Although I'm a big pet lover, I've never had this possible scenario before, so I truly appreciate any tips, help, suggestions, etc. Thanks in advance, everyone !!

See it for yourself on YouTube. Search: spanking the cat. It drives them nuts.
I tried it w my tabby and she loved it.

=( I have been trying for two days to think of a name but nothing seeks to "stick" I don't want to keep having to call her kitty =) If you have any original ideas or something fun relating to the color. I'd appreciate it She is a super good kitten, really mello and purrs all the time. Thanks you for your answers!!

This is what she looks like. The picture makes her look a little more orange than she is:

I have 3 cats of varying ages but only one seems to suffer from chronic tape worms. I'll then get a de worming pill from the vet and he'll be fine for about a month. Then after a month he starts leaving those little rice segments on his snuggle blanket. Any clue why it's always him and not the other cats as well? All are in door cats. He's the youngest at 1.5 years and has had this issue his whole life. Just curious if I should be worried.

Heaven has been drooling and the vet says her tounge is swolen 3 times the size that it should be.I think that when she cleans herself she is licking her paws and thats making her sick. She always sleeps with me on my bed and sice the day she came home with her paws black she has been sleeping on the floor. She is 11 years old and I have had her since I was 3. If anyone knows why please let me know. The vet gave her pain medicine and medicine to make her the swelling go down. The vet also gave us extra soft cat food that I have to mix with water so she can drink it up and also gave her a vitamin supplement that is liquid. She also drinks milk, and goats milk formula for extra vitamins. She is not able to eat normal cat food. My mom says she thinks it's tar on her feet because our road was recently repaved. We had to shave her paws, chin, and cheeks because soap did not take it off. It was too thick to scrub off. If anyone has any info that could be useful please let me know!!!!!!!!!!

My 11 week old kitten took the very edges off the perogies and at them, I don't think they had any filling in them. He seems fine but I don't know if he is. Also, I was told, if he wasn't eating his wet cat food to put like a drop or two of milk in, was I told correctly?

I just found out that a stray (outdoors only) cat I have been feeding for 1+ yrs, has Feline AIDS anti-bodies, which means he has been exposed to it... BUT the vet already neutered him....!? I had asked him NOT to UNTIL after I found out the test results.... too late now....
: (
Vet said he may live a LONG life BUT that he can NEVER go outside ever again.... but this cat LIVES to be outdoors.
I already have 6 indoor cats of my own, so I am not in position to bring him in my house...

Like humans, being exposed to AIDS does not nec. mean you get it, BUT either way, he can still pass along HIV antibodies to other cats, and put them at risk!

He is friendly (not feral) but keeping him indoors for me is not an option. No one from local animal shelters has responded to my calls/e-mails... : (
I am really at a HUGE loss about WHAT to do here....
My vet told me: "He can NEVER go outside again.." BUT what kind of a life will he have...? Please HELP!
I am heart broken!

My boyfriend had a cat when we met, and then adopted another recently. Theyre both 2 years old. They co-exist fine, not best friends but get along mostly. I LOVE siamese cats and have had 4 different ones growing up. He has said before he would never get a siamese and they are mean and "one person cats." What can I do to convince him to let me get one? Its his house but Ive moved in with him. I want a kitten so it would grow up to get along with the others. Also he thinks its wrong to buy from breeders, and you should adopt, which i think is good too, but its harder to find Siamese kittens at shelters! Any advice?? Thanks =)

We got a new kitten about 3 weeks ago. Well, all of a sudden me and my two daughters have ringworm!! Bad too....I have it in three different places and my older daughter has in in 4. My younger daughter is just developing it on her face. HELP!! Will this clear up on its own or is there something that I have to do. The vet wanted over $100 to treat both my cats so I am looking for a cheaper, at home kind thing. Thanks

Ok. so i was petting her and she enjoyed that but if you scratch her back, she will go insane, she will clean anything if we scratch her back.. it doesnt hurt her and we already went to the vet he didnt know what was happening. She only does it when we are scratching her back. Have you ever had a cat that did this... and what do you suggest to cure it?
