I think my cat is pregnant and her urine has a very strong smell. I brought her home as a pregnant stray and I think she has gotten pregnant again. Her urine had a strong smell to it when I brought her home it went a way after she had the kittens but now it is back. Is there anything I can do to help with the smell??????

I Got a kitten shes aprox 8 weeks old now, we had her since she was 6 weeks, she was parent reared,

I Have noticed she scoffs like a pig but yet when it comes to water she does a runner she has this thing about sticking her nose in it, which makes her sneeze then she runs off.

Its been hot past 2 days and 2day she keeps meowing i moved her to a cool room as she was real hot, and tried offering her water but she wont have it (i havent even seen her drink water since ive had her)

Her skin is tight to her body so im assuming shes dehydrated? or could this be because shes so small?
so ive had to force her to drink using a syringe,

So now ive resorted to putting about 5ml of water in with her food, which she obviosly licks because of the taste,

I Read that the moiture in cat food would mean she wouldnt drink as much? but she doesnt seem to be drinking, how do i get her interesed? tried kitten milk but it gave her really smelly trotts......

Maybe vets to get rehydrayed?

I washed my flea kittens in Head & Shoulders. When I let the soap sit on them for 5 minutes, it killed the fleas. I would like to know if it kills the eggs too and how often I should wash them in it.

Our kitten's behavior pretty much changed over night. From being a hyper car (mornings, evenings) our kitten is sleeping in the morning and in the evenings and not eating that much.
Not sure what she does during the day... we're at work.
She's not interested in playing that much anymore. She poops and pees regularly. She just seems very tired... i'm worried :-(

I recently adopted a kitten from my friend who couldn't take care of her anymore, and she came infested with fleas. I gave her a flea bath, and combed her with a flea comb, but if the problem persists, how much am I going to be spending on a vet visit for a flea dip/bath? I gave her some over-the-counter flea medicine (the kind you drop on her back and it gets absorbed through the skin).
Any help appreciated. Thank you.

My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She also has a a urinary tract infection. We're trying to fatten her up.
I have to give her pills every day and shoving a pill down her throat is not an option (we tried everything.) We've been crushing it and putting it in turkey baby food. That seemed to work ok until recently. Now, she won't touch the stuff! Also tried Fancy Feast (an old favorite) to no avail. Anyone have any favorites they can share?

I have two kittens both about 3 or 4 months old. One of them will happily drink lots of water while the other drinks none whatsoever. Only one account i have seen her drink dirty rainw ater from the garden, she has not continued this. Often when she gets excited she starts to suck my other kittens tummy in hope of milk, i think she may still long for milk instead of water but i know it is no longer suitable for her at her age. Please help.

I've searched online but I haven't found anything to help. I have 2 kittens about 3 months old, male and female and the male keeps on trying to feed off the female. Is this normal? Should I intervene? It seems pretty bizarre. They were feeding off the mother (not as much as they would like) up to about a month ago.

I have seen three vets as it is which one of them was a house call! My 4 cats were scratching their ears and all three vets told me they had allergies! I just checked 2 of them thoroughly and as I can see, it is EAR MITES! I do not want to go back to a vet! It is costing me a fortune and I made the diagnostic myself! Good vets, hey?? Would there be something I could buy in a pet store and how would I put stuff in their ears because 3 of them don't like too much to be touched on the ears and I'm afraid of getting scratched?? Please help???

i adopted a kitten about 7 months old. Before it used to sneeze now it doesnt sneeze that much, but her eyes started watering, and she has yellow mucus coming from the eyes. I dont think the antibiotics will help, because she was taking them for a week before the eyes started running. Now her eyes are running. I wanted to know is there a way i could help her get better, like a homemade way, put somethin on the eyes? Wash them down with something not water?

My 3 mo old kitten has a watery eye, with a light yellowish color that comes out in small portions throughout the day, he also sneezes quite a bit. Otherwise he runs around and plays, eats fine, goes to the bathroom fine, sleeps fine, he doesnt meow or hiss or anything like that. He's completey normal besides the water coming from his eye and slight yellowish crust (barely though). He may have URI and i have some Terramycin. I don't want to go to the vet for him to tell me he has a kitty cold and prescribe Terramycin and charge me $87 for the visit like last time.

What do you think is wrong with him? Has anyone dealt with this before?
