Frontline will not kill ear mites - no matter where you put it. Nor will tea tree oil.
You will need to get some Revolution. The kills ear mites and fleas and just about all other internal and external parasites.

Frontline will not kill ear mites, but Revolution will. Just buy some of the that. It's pretty much the same type of med as Frontline, kills fleas, etc.

the ear mite bite swabs do not kill ear mites. it helps sooth the irritation/itching. they do not have pesticides in them. helps clean the brown crusty stuff. you'll need to have the cat seen by a vet and get ear mite drops for the ears. it can be a long process to get rid of ear mites. if an infestation goes on for a long time a secondary infection can occur.

If you want something more natural, try PetAlive Ear Dr. It treats ear infections in dogs, cats and other pets, treats ear mite infestation, reduces inflammation of the ears, reduces pain and discomfort and also prevents constant scratching of the ears. You can buy that on nativeremedies.com it's about $30.00 If you want a "non natural" product PetSmart has Petkin Swabs for cats. They have all different types including Ear Mite Bite Swabs. They are about $8.00 for a pack of them. I hope this helps.

If you put a drop in each ear it will. It doesn't work on ear mites when used as a top spot.

I don't think so. WHat you need to do is go to a health food store or like a pet co and they should have drops probably with tea tree oil or something. That will work and its not that expensive either

No. Stronghold does though (selamectin is the substance, it may have another trade name in the US). And don't put either of them in theear, they are supposed to be absorbed by the skin.
