No Matter how many times I push her away, or put her on the floor, she is determine to ecspecially go for my mouth and try to suck it.
It really tickles.

Hi, I have a male kitten who is 16 weeks old and we very recently got a new female kitten who is 10 weeks old. I was a bit naive in that i thought they would hit it off immediately and unfortunately since we got the female my male has been attacking her at every given opportunity! We have now confirmed the female to our spare room and the 2 cats are only allowed to meet under our supervision, the male continually seems to be biting her round the neck and pouncing on top of her, however the female does not help herself as if he walks away she chases after him and jumps on him! am I worrying un-necessarily that he will hurt her? we can't work out if this is a game! He is more than twice the size of her as well. I know as the cat that was here first he will be asserting his authority etc but how long will this go on for?? also, neither has been neutered yet (too young still) should i be worried about them getting even more close for comfort or will that not even occur to them at this age?

My cat just got neutered about 4 days ago and now he's just moping around. He's on antibiotic and we've been making sure he's eating and drinking, but still he's moping around. His bottom (where he had his surgery is sort of swelled). Is this all normal?

I've had my cat for about 5-6 years now and I've never neglected her or any such thing, I always feed her and give her attention when she needs it, but she still seems as if she doesn't like me... she seems to love crowding round my mum or sleeping in her bed, but she won't even come near my room (I carried her in before and as soon as I put her down she ran straight out... :l), she only ever seems to come to me when she's hungry and there's no one else around, any other time she clears off as soon as she sees me... I've never had this problem with any of my other cats, is there anything I can do to make her like me at all? It's getting a bit annoying...

I have two cats that never go outside. Their yearly shots are coming up due so I was wondering if its necessary to get their shots since they are not exposed to rabies or other animals. Do indoor cats require all the shots that a cat outside would require?

two weeks ago i went to Wisconsin to go on a camping trip for two weeks. Some of my familialy memebers were wachitng the house and our pets. I have a girl cat that I keep up stairs and my uncle that lives in the basment has a boy cat. We have been keeping them away from eachother for obvius reasons. My cat rikku was fine for about a week after i left. but then one the second week she started acting weird like crying all the time really loud and then when my famlie would feed her she wouldn't want them to go. Sometimes she would run out of the romm when they wront looking ans run to the basment door. One of my younger cousins didnt' know that the two cat weren't supposed to be together and let hem in the basement for the whole night. both cats are getting to be 5 mounths old now and when my aunt and uncle when down into the basement the kitties were doing the naughty. since then rikku has been hiding in random places and wanting my attshoins all the time. should i be worried.

Fluffy was okay last night, slept on the bed half the night, got down to go to her litter box, came back and jumped back down and spent the remainder of the night on her 'other' bed in the closet. this morning I came out and noticed she was drooling heavily and was holding her tongue out between her teeth. At the same time I noticed, my husband said Fluffy isn't acting right. It also seems she has difficulty swallowing and shakes her head to get rid of the excess drool. She did eat a few snacks, is still purring at our touch, still wants to be in the same room with us (she's a little love), but just isn't acting normal. I'll watch her today and take her to the vet tomorrow, but has anyone ever seen this in other cats? She adopted us 9 years ago after being left by the previous owner of the house we bought. It was vacant for 6 months and she looked pretty scroungy. It's amazing what love and attention can do. She's a beautiful long hair & is the biggest love ever!

My cat belches and farts (yes, out loud) and I wonder if this is normal for cats or has he just been around a house full of teenagers too long? He's almost 11 years old and is a fixed domestic shorthair, ginger-colored. He answers to Chester, Cheddie, Baby, or anything else anyone calls him.

Has what appears to be some sort of dry skin? I guess... On her face by her nose, the fur is gone in a patch the size of a nickle, and the skin has little bumps, and seems to be irritated... I just need to know if anyone knows what the heck this is... Vet's are expensive and I'm BROKE, however I can swing medicine to help because it's VERY affordable on petmeds.com and you dont need to be a vet to get meds to treat your animals... So, I need to know what the heck this is so I could get the right meds to fix the problem...

I've recently moved and my cat is spending time outside on the deck for the first time. I'd like any advice A) if it's safe and I don't have to worry about him jumping or falling off, and all the bugs he chases around and sometimes eats i wonder if there are any that could make him sick or worse. Thanks.
