Please do not feed it regular cow's milk that humans drink. It is pasteurized and contains things like lactose that is too hard on a kitten or cat's stomach. They make kitten formula and sell it at most discount stores and grocery stores for approximately $3-4/can. I have a 5-6 week old kitten who is eating small amounts of wet food and dry food mixed together. I also gave her some of her dry food with the formula over it to wet it and make it easier for her to eat.

At that age you an mix Kitten Mild Replacer with a canned kitten food to make a gruel consistency, like oatmeal. It should be able to lap this up. If not, then bottle feeding it the KMR for another week might be a good idea. By the time it is 6-8 weeks old, it should be totally weaned from any milk replacer.

My uncle feeds his small kitten a mixture of wet cat food and water, so I don't think that milk is strictly neccessary. Ask your vet to be sure though, I'm not really an expert on this.

I'd say yes. My cat just had 4 kittens and she gave them milk until they were 6 weeks old.
It's the personal experience

Absolutely it needs milk. And not just milk from the fridge. The mother is probably frantic looking for her baby.

If you are going to give it milk try the Wiskas Cat Milk. Normal milk that we drink should not be given to cats for digestion reasons. I give My kitties Cat milk and they live it. Give it a try! :)

yes coz it's stil young
my kittens drank milk from their mother till they were about 2 months old.
then she started to push them away
so at three weeks, your kitten should still be drinking milk
it's more healthier for it.
