No, not all tabby cats are female but it is just that most of them are. Many tabby cats you find are female so many people in general would think all of them are female. But you are close. Calico cats are mostly female too.

Calico's and tortoiseshells are almost always female, but not all the time. You can have a calico/tortie male cat.
Ginger, orange tabbys are mostly male. but I know of a female ginger tabby that's female.

No, in fact, the majority of orange tabby cats are male. You may be thinking of calicos and tortishells; the vast majority are female and most of the males are born sterile (unable to breed).

Nope. I have a grey tabby with black stripes who is female, but my sister has a similar-looking cat (only much larger) who is male.
It's calicos and tortiseshells (torties) who are almost always female.
