She was taken from her mother too soon and is simulating nursing to comfort herself when she sucks on your lips. The face licking is probably a taste thing. I have a cat that does it every night when we first go to bed. Hissing at her stops her in a heartbeat. Just a gentle hiss from you should do it. That is how cats tell each other they are displeased and since it is in her language, there should be no room for misinterpretation on her part.

If you're worried about making her feel bad by stopping her, this is how I stopped my kitten. She, too, went for my face. Instead of just putting her on the floor or pushing her away, I took her, put her on my lap & started stroking her head & under her chin. So, instead of making her feel I was rejecting her, I just distracted her with something that made her feel good. I also talked sweetly to her while doing it.
I would suggest that you don't push her away. Sooner or later, as she gets a bit older, she will get mad at being pushed & will nip at your fingers. That's not a habit you want to get started.
Do you have any safe toys for her? Sometimes you might want to use a toy to distract her. Just pull your head back, so she can't lick you & use a toy to attract her attention. That worked with my kitten. When I did that she was off my face & climbing around me & all over the bed, chasing the toy.
She eventually stopped licking my face & now gives me "kisses" which a cat does by bumping its forehead against you.
Good luck & I hope you 2 have many happy years together as friends

Pushing her away won't work; she thinks you are playing with her.
Get some Bitter End or something like it from the pet store and put it on your face where she licks (it tastes bad) and she will soon stop, but she won't blame you for it. One or two times may be enough to educate her. Of course she may lick someplace else, but whatever....

Shes just a kitty it couldnt hurt, but i dont think it will damage her if you stop her. Just dont squirt her with water, hit her, or yell at her, because she wont understand. :]
