shihtzu has black spots all over?

she is 4 yrs old
good health condition, updated with all shots
started with spots on belly her vet siad its ok its common pigmentation
TOday i bathed her and saw all spots the same like on her belly all over her back and on her head
she's not itchy or anything
sould it be deficiency? please advise

My mother's shihtzu mix dog has similar spots on his belly and back. It comes with the breed.

Black pigmentation, like "freckles", are quite normal and common.
