she is 3yrs. old. this was her 2nd litter.she's an only cat.and always kept indoors. she was a good mother to her 1st litter,but when the kids and i went to the store,and came back less than an hour later,she had killed them.they were in a secure and warm spot,and she had food and fresh water with her. i have never heard of this before.thank's

So I have this crazy little kitty that is black and orange..she's rather unatractive but she's my baby. Any ideas on a name for her? I just can't decide.

My cat is about 1 and a half. She eats maybe a tablespoon of Fancy Feast a day (probabley a little less). And she eats about a quater to a third of a cup of dry food-Iams original formula I think.(I live at college, so I don't know the brand of that for sure). She plays a lot, chasing my other cat and my dog, playing with stuffed toys, she is very active. But she seems to be gaining too much weight. What should I do to help her lose some weight and not gain it back?

I already ask a question and i got some good answers but my cats and outside cat and pregnant. This is her second litter.The first litter she had 1 kitten and something was wrong with it so she ate it and well we wanna do all we can so she doesn't eat this litter.If you have any advice please let me know?I wanna know if i should do anything to help her or let her just do her thing?is there any signs i should look for?How do i know shes about to give birth?Last time she gave birth she gave me a sign and we ignored her.Should i look for the same sign also should i look for diffrent behavior?What we did is we put little kennel outside we put shreaded paper and her favorite bed in it.Should i leave it or take it?please let me know.

Hello everyone ... i have a lovely little cat named Hestia ... me and my gf loves her ... usually we toss her ball at night for a good 30 min or until she is bored ... then when its time to go to bed she is usually a very good girl ... she comes and sleep with us until 4 am ... the she starts to be a little rascal ... so we usually try to put her in the bathroom ( where food litter and everything is there) ... but she bangs on the door ( we got her de-clawed from the SPCA) sooo noisy it wakes us up ( and i also fear it would wake the neighbour ) ... we tried towels and everything seems to fail... i don't mind waking up at 4 to put her in the bathroom ... but i would like to reduce the noise she makes while banging on the door ... does anyone of you have the same situation ? any tips tricks would do ?

I think the cat became scared of the baby when he was little and less able to control how hard/soft he touched the cat. Now he is older, and when he pets the cat, appropriately, the cat bits him! Anyone have any helpful ideas of how to get these two co-habitating peacefully?

My cat has always like to sit on top of things but it is usually not my computer keyboard, stereo, dining room table and counters. In the last month, that all she does. She sits on top of my computer keyboard. On top of my stereo, on top of my table and counters(NASTY, NASTY - Got to stop - can't stand this or the counters). What is the best way to stop her from doing this?
