If your kitty is sneezing a lot there is definitely the possibility of an upper respiratory infection. They are actually quite common in kittens. Does he have any discharge coming out of his nose or eyes? Does he sound congested? Take him to the vet for a thorough examination just to be on the safe side. This is definitely something you want to catch early since it can worsen quickly. Hope this helps and that he feels better.

If he's sneezing excessively, i'd say take him to the vet, but if it's just a few little sneezes here and there and he's recently been vaccinated and examined, i wouldn't worry too much about a minor sneeze. My cat is two years old and he sneezes quite often, (couple times a day) but there's nothing wrong with him. (He likes to sneeze right in my face lol) I'd wait a day and monitor it, it could be anything from a cold/resp infection to some dust in his nose :)

Did you somehow post this question twice?
Upper respiratory infections are very common in kittens whose immune systems are developing. Sneezing is one of the prime symptoms of them - although just because your kitten is sneezing doesnt mean that he does have one. It's just likely. If it has been going on for a few days, then it's time to take him in. You need antibiotics to treat these infections because they don't go away on their own. A veterinarian can easily tell if this is what your kitten has and perscribe medication if necessary.

It might be. Look for mucous around the nose and watery eyes. He might also sound like he is struggling to breathe and sound wheezy. If you see that, he needs to see a vet for antibiotics.
