she was very aggressive before, now she seems disorientated and cries all the time

this sounds as though she may be uncomfortable possibly with pain. the disorientation may be due to the wear off effect from the anesthesia.
not sure what surgery she had poss spay??
best to ring your vets and they will see her or if appropriate dispense an oral pain relief for you to administer at home.

my cat was did the same thing and she was never the same and she went blind they had too put her down
