Upper respiratory infections are very common in kittens whose immune systems are developing. Sneezing is one of the prime symptoms of them - although just because your kitten is sneezing doesnt mean that he does have one. It's just likely. If it has been going on for a few days, then it's time to take him in. You need antibiotics to treat these infections because they don't go away on their own. A veterinarian can easily tell if this is what your kitten has and perscribe medication if necessary.

Yep, it very well could be URI. Have your kitten checked out by the vet. If that's what it is then you'll just have to give him some antibiotics. It's easily treatable but dangerous if you ignore it.
